Hi, I’m Pat, the brains behind the operation! I’ve been selling secondhand books for many years and I’ve worked for a certain chain of high street booksellers too. For the last few years I’ve been running our online book and music shop but I really missed meeting book lovers and helping them choose books, and so The Gently Used Book Club was born.My favourite book is Rivers of London by Ben Aaronovitch. It’s intelligent fiction with great characters, twisty plots and magic. What’s not to love!
